Gantry Cranes
Trackless gantry frames come in electric-travelling and manual-travelling versions. They move in any direction, carry an electric or manual hoisting mechanism and cover an unusually wide range of jobs. Small in volume and light in weight, they suit warehouses, workshops, production lines and any place where space is limited; the whole frame is bolted together through flange plates, so it is quick to dismantle, quick to install and easy to customise.
Because there is no rail to install, the frame is running the day it arrives. Wheels are polyurethane-tyred with a locking brake on each castor, and the electric drive unit gives controlled, jerk-free positioning under load.
Height is adjustable: screw-jack, manual chain or hydraulic lifting legs let the same frame work under a low ceiling and then extend for a taller load. Effective lifting height H1, total height H and total width W are all set to your dimensions at order.
The steel is finished in a two-coat industrial system with the safe working load marked on both legs, and every frame is proof-load tested before dispatch.
